The process

Strategic consultation
Duration 45 to 60 minutes
Before the consultation, you complete a short questionnaire and submit photographs of your usual outfits. During the consultation we define:
- Lifestyle and professional environment
- Business, casual, and evening requirements
- Upcoming travel and events
- Preferences related to style, fit, and color
- The impression you want to create
- Clothing budget
- Specific categories that need to be added

Wardrobe review
Duration up to 90 minutes
I will:
- Identify which pieces suit you and your lifestyle
- Assess fit, condition, and relevance
- Determine what should remain, be altered, donated, or removed
- Identify missing categories
- Create a precise plan for the new wardrobe

Shopping preparation
I complete this stage without you. I will:
- Create the product list
- Select appropriate brands, sizes, and styles
- Visit stores and showrooms in advance
- Arrange private fittings
- Prepare complete outfits rather than isolated items
You do not need to search independently or review hundreds of options.

Private fitting
Duration two to three hours
The fitting takes place at a selected store or showroom, researched, booked, and prepared in advance. During the fitting I will:
- Present only preselected pieces
- Assess fit
- Identify required alterations
- Confirm final purchases with you
- Create complete looks and document them in a convenient digital format
The central value of this format is efficiency. In one prepared appointment, you can build a wardrobe for your main professional and personal situations.

Post-fitting management
I will manage:
- Purchases
- Returns and exchanges
- Delivery
- Communication with the tailor
- Completion and quality control

- A final wardrobe review

Final outfits
You receive:
- 20 to 30 complete outfits
- Looks for work, meetings, travel, weekends, and events
- Photographs of every outfit
- A digital lookbook with clear notes

- A list of pieces that may be purchased later

For 30 days, you may ask me:

Client time commitment
Approximately four to five hours across the entire engagement: the strategic consultation, a focused wardrobe review, and one prepared fitting. I complete all other work.

- How much time will this take from me?
- About four to five hours in total: the consultation, the wardrobe review, and one prepared fitting.
- Do I have to go to stores?
- Yes. For men's in-person styling services in New York City, fittings take place at selected stores or showrooms. I research the options in advance, coordinate the appointments, and prepare a focused selection so that you only try on pieces chosen specifically for you. Home fittings and the delivery of clothing to your home are not available for men's services.
- What is not included in the fee?
- Clothing, tailoring, delivery, and additional travel are billed separately.
- What support do I have afterwards?
- For 30 days you can ask what to wear to a specific meeting, whether a new item is suitable, how to pack for a trip, what to purchase next, and how to combine pieces.
- How do we get started?
- You submit an application, which I personally review within 48 hours. If I believe I can help you as your stylist, I will contact you to schedule a short consultation. During the call, we will discuss your needs, the best format for working together, and the next steps.
- What will I have at the end of the project?
- You will have a streamlined, fully functional wardrobe in which every piece earns its place. Everything works for your lifestyle, fits properly, and is something you genuinely wear—nothing is left sitting unused. You will also receive a personal digital lookbook with complete outfits created from your wardrobe for work, travel, events, and everyday life. Simply open it on your phone or computer, choose a look, and get dressed. After the project, you will continue to have direct access to me for one or two months, depending on the service selected. I will remain available for styling questions, upcoming events, and any final wardrobe adjustments.
- I don't really care about fashion. Is this for me?
- Yes. Most of my male clients don't want to think about fashion. They want to look put together and stop worrying about it.
- Will you push me toward high fashion?
- No. I suggest, you decide. Everything is chosen around your style and your life.
- I just moved to New York. Can you help?
- Yes. Many clients come to me after a move, when their wardrobe no longer fits the city or their new life.
- I'm outside New York. Can we work together?
- Yes, through Men's Virtual Wardrobe Concierge.
